Orders can be shipped worldwide, including all the 50 states in the U.S. We can also ship to APO’s, FPO’s, P.O. boxes and US Territory addresses.

Yes, orders can be shipped to a different address than the billing address. After you enter your billing address during checkout, you’ll have the option to enter a new shipping address.

For an estimate of shipping times, please reference the times below:

– Shipments to the US are delivered within 12-20 business days.
– Shipments to the European Union take approximately 20-30 business days.
– Shipments to the rest of the world take approximately 30 business days (not accounting for customs delays).

Delivery time includes processing and delivery. Signature may be required for delivery on some orders.

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with the confirmation that your order was shipped and one email containing your tracking code.

When an order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking code. You will be able to use this code in a few days, on our tracking page. Using the tracking number(s) provided, you can follow the path of your order from our warehouse to your destination.

We immediately start to process your order as soon as it’s placed but sometimes it can take up to 24-72 hours to ship your order. If you notify us as soon as possible before we shipped your order, you can cancel it and we will give you a full refund.
